Connor McGregor vs Aldo UFC 194 MMA Octagon Prediction Notorious Knockout in 4 minutes Conor McGregor's prediction: At four minutes of the first round Jose Aldo will be KO’ed

Conor McGregor has been consistent about making predictions for his bouts during his rise to contender for the UFC featherweight championship. Most famously, McGregor predicted he would stop Dustin Poirier and Diego Brandao in the first round (he delivered on both) and that he would knock out Dennis Siver in under two minutes (it took until 1:54 of Round 2).

While McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) has not been hesitant to make predictions that he’ll knock out Jose Aldo (25-1 MMA, 7-0 UFC) in their highly anticipated UFC 189 main event, he got into specifics during an appearance on ESPN’s SportsCenter.

“I always make accurate predictions,” McGregor said. “I have predicted many contests. I have my entire career. I predict the future. For me, I have already predicted this contest. At four minutes of the first round he will be KO’ed. I feel that the power matched with the precision, he will not be able to take it. Four minutes he will be done.”

UFC 189 takes place July 11 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. The main card airs on pay-per-view following preliminary bouts on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

The ESPN hosts seemed tranfixed by McGregor’s confidence. When they asked how it was possible for McGregor to be so confident heading into the bout, his answer was simple.

“I’m in a business where you must be confident,” McGregor said. “If you have any doubts they will come back and play against you. So I am supremely confident as well as I am confident in my work ethic. My approach to the game, my non-stop effort to get better as a martial artist. I don’t feel that anyone else in the game is doing what I’m doing and moving the way I am moving.

“It just comes from years and years of practice on the mat. I have had many fights inside the octagon, outside the octagon, in rings, on mats. I am an experienced veteran in the fight game. Through that and through a believe team and my ability I have just gained a bulletproof confidence that I cannot be stopped.”

Google Pony Express Receive Pay Bills within Gmail Credit Payment System Google Pony Express Let You Receive & Pay Bills through Gmail

Google’s mission to organize the world’s information is now targeting your physical mailbox.

The company is currently working on a project that will allow Gmail users to more easily receive bills in their email inbox instead of their mailbox. Called Pony Express, the service also is designed to let people pay their bills within Gmail, rather than having to go to a telecom or utility company’s website to complete a payment.

Those details are outlined in a lengthy document viewed by Re/code. The new service is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter, according to the document. It’s not clear whether Pony Express is a code name or one that’ll be used if it comes to market. A Google spokeswoman declined to comment.

Such a service fits Google’s ongoing desire to bring all of the world’s information online, most notably its Google Books project, which has so far digitized well over 30 million volumes.

With Pony Express, Google could suck in the type of financial data that would allow it to expand into new businesses. Credit card bills and payment history would be a gateway into industries such as personal finance or lending. And the data could be used to refine how advertisements are targeted to individuals on Google, YouTube and partnering sites, though such a move would likely stoke privacy concerns. It’s not clear whether Google would generate any revenue directly from the Pony Express service.

The document features a step-by-step walk-through of how people can sign up. A Gmail user provides personal information such as their name, address and partial and full Social Security number to a third-party company that vets their identity. Users might also have to provide information such as a full credit card number or telephone service account number to get started, too.

According to the documents, it appears Google is partnering with third-party vendors that print and mail out bills on behalf of service providers such as insurance companies, telecom companies and utilities. It’s not clear whether Google is also working directly with the service providers, too.

Once a user is authenticated, he or she can start receiving bills or other mail in Gmail or the Inbox app (Google’s new email app). E-billing is not a new thing as pretty much all major financial, telecom and utility companies allow for paperless billing. But Google could play up the fact it can organize a Gmail user’s bills automatically in a special Pony Express folder. Here’s a screenshot from the document, which appears to show such a folder.

The most useful part of the service could be the payments feature. As you can see below, the service appears to let people choose to pay a bill right from within Pony Express, using a link with a bank account or a debit card. The image below shows the payment feature in the Inbox app.

Pony Express also allows users to share a bill with another Gmail user, with the added option of automating the process, a feature that appears to be catered to roommates who typically split utilities. Another feature pulls up customer service contact information for a given service provider. Then there’s one that appears to show the capability to take a photo of a piece of mail to have it archived in digital form in Pony Express.

Google would not be the first company to attempt to help people organize and pay bills from a centralized location. A startup called Manilla, backed by Hearst, offered a service like this for several years before shutting down last year. An app called Check also allows people to view and pay for their bills through the app. Intuit bought Check last year for $360 million. Google’s potential advantage? The millions of people who already use its email services.

Baidu BMW to be first releasingt self-driving car with Baidu-Brain artificial intelligence and IndoorAtlas Baidu maps technologySealed with Dogecoin Baidu Brain brings Baidu / BMW first self-drving car prototype on the roads

Chinese search company Baidu is working on a self-driving car in partnership with BMW, and it could easily surpass Google since Baidu plans to launch its driverless vehicle within the second half of this year.

Baidu senior vice president Jin Wang himself made the announcement at the China Cloud Computing conference but declined to provide further details, according to The Guardian. Unlike Google's futuristic-looking autonomous pods, Baidu is more likely to develop a traditional car that is equipped with self-driving capabilities but can still be controlled by the driver.

Last year, Baidu head of deep learning Kai Yu told the technology press that Baidu does not agree with Google's vision of relinquishing all control of the vehicle to a computer. Instead, Baidu's self-driving technology will be more of an assistant that can take over if the driver wants to take a rest from driving.

To achieve its goal, Baidu has made investments in data mapping services, including a $10 million acquisition of Finnish mapping technology startup IndoorAtlas, whose technology was used to enhance the accuracy of Baidu Maps. Baidu is also developing Baidu Brain, an artificial intelligence tool that Baidu says can simulate human thinking with more than 20 billion parameters.

Google is currently in the process of testing its own self-driving cars in a number of public roads in Mountain View, with only 13 minor accidents reported during Google's six years of testing. However, while the technology used for autonomous vehicles is moving forward, Google faces several legal restrictions surrounding the testing and use of self-driving cars.

Key questions center on complex issues, such as who is to blame in the event of an accident or what an autonomous car should do during emergencies. Moreover, traffic safety authorities are still formulating new safety requirements regarding the use of such vehicles.

Meanwhile, Baidu could go ahead and overtake Google in launching self-driving cars. While Google estimates the first driverless cars made for mass production could hit American roads by 2017, Baidu is eyeing just half a year from now as its target date, which is entirely possible given how the Chinese government has more power and flexibility in making legal changes to allow the production of driverless cars.

Other companies have begun working on their own semi-autonomous vehicles. Tesla, for instance, says its own Model S will be equipped with autopilot features, while Daimler AG unveiled a new car concept where the driver's seat can swivel around and face the passengers once the car is placed in autonomous mode.

BMW has a lot to offer as well as it already has many of the pieces toward autonomy built into its vehicles. Many of the current models offer self-parking, adaptive cruise control, and lane assist, which are all a step towards fully autonomous operation. The new 2016 7-Series that was revealed last week goes a step further by monitoring speed limit signs using cameras and using them to keep the car in line with the posted limit. The car will also offer a remote self-parking feature that will allow the driver to park the car by pressing a button on the key fob—even when he or she is outside the vehicle.

Stellarator Nuclear Fusion Plasma Reactor with a twist is switched on Nuclear Game Changer monsterous machine W7-x Germany 2017Sealed with Dogecoin Nuclear Game Changer: Germany switches on a revolutionary nuclear fusion machine W7-X

For more than 60 years, scientists have dreamed of a clean, inexhaustible energy source in the form of nuclear fusion. And they’re still dreaming.

But thanks to the efforts of the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, experts hope that might soon change. Last year, after 1.1 million construction hours, the institute completed the world’s largest nuclear fusion machine of its kind, called a stellarator.

They call this 16-metre (52-foot) wide machine the W7-X. And following more than a year of tests, engineers are finally ready to fire up the US$1.1 billion machine for the first time, and it could happen before the end of this month, Science reported.

The black horse of nuclear reactors

Known in the plasma physics community as the 'black horse' of nuclear fusion reactors, stellarators are notoriously difficult to build. This video below demonstrates the construction of W7-X, which took 19 years to complete:

etween 2003 and 2007, as the project was being built, it suffered some major construction set backs — including one of its contracted manufacturers going out of business — that nearly cancelled the whole endeavour.

Only a handful of stellarators have ever been attempted, and even fewer have been completed.

By comparison, the more popular cousin to the stellarator, called a tokamak, is in wider use. There are over three dozen operational tokamaks across the globe, and more than 200 built throughout history. These machines are easier to construct and, in the past, have proven to do the job of a nuclear reactor better than the stellarator.

But tokamaks have a major flaw that W7-X is reportedly immune to, suggesting that Germany’s latest monster machine could be a game-changer.

If W7-X succeeds, it could completely turn the nuclear fusion community on its head and launch stellarators into the lime light.

“The world is waiting to see if we get the confinement time and then hold it for a long pulse,” David Gates, the head of stellarator physics at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, told Science.

Miguel Cotto vs Saul Canelo Alvarez Puerto Rico vs Mexico boxing clash Felix Trinidad Golden boy Prediction Boxing Middleweight Title ShowdownSealed with Dogecoin Felix Trinidad's prediction on the Mexico vs Puerto Rico clash: Canelo Will Beat Miguel Cotto in the Title Showdown

Legendary fighter and International Boxing Hall of Fame honoree Felix "Tito" Trinidad believes Mexican rising star Saul "Canelo" Alvarez will beat fellow Puerto Rican warrior Miguel Cotto in the proposed November title showdown.

The boxing icon, who was inducted into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame on Saturday, stated that Alvarez is "younger and stronger than Cotto," Boxing Scene reported. He even predicted that these "advantages" could be lethal to Cotto, enough for him to lose his reign over the World Boxing Council middleweight division.

"In my personal opinion I think it's a tough fight but 'Canelo' has most of the advantages in this fight. I think he will win," said Trinidad.

So far, more and more fighters are betting that the 24-year-old boxer will triumph over Cotto, who is a decade older than him. Even WBC mandatory challenger Gennady "GGG" Golovkin thinks that the young Mexican warrior will emerge the winner in a close fight.

"It's 50-50, but I think so 'Canelo' [will win]," Golovkin told Sport Nation's Max Kellerman.

The unbeaten Kazakh also commented that when the time comes for him to face the winner -- if it were "Canelo" -- he thinks he would have a more difficult time with him.

"Maybe Canelo [will be the toughest challenger for me]. He's young, new style, new situation," the knockout master said.

In addition, veteran fighter Bernard Hopkins has also put his vote on "Canelo" and it is not just because he is promoting him. Hopkins is connected to Golden Boy Promotions, which markets possible "Canelo" fights.

"I believe he will win but it will be a hard fight. It will test 'Canelo', whether he's that legitimate next star in boxing. This will be the fight I think that he'll get a chance to show that he's just not a come forward guy," Hopkins predicted.

Mayweather weighs in

For undefeated champ Floyd Mayweather Jr., who has already fought with the two fighters, it's anybody's game. The pound-for-pound king perceives "Canelo" as a "very smart boxer" but he also knows that Cotto has taken a leaf out of his book in terms of boxing style.

"Cotto used to watch me every day when I used to be at Top Rank... To this day I still see Cotto making certain pivot moves that I do and I can't take nothing away from him. Cotto is a very strong, hard hitting guy. Canelo is a very sharp boxer, so it's a very intriguing matchup. I don't know [who I would put my money on]," "The Money" told Boxing Scene.

Samsung Galaxy VR Black Friday Galaxy Note 5 S6 S6 Edge S6 Edge+ virtual reality mainstream for everyoneSealed with Dogecoin Samsung Gear VR arrives in time for the Black Friday

On Thursday, Samsung Senior Vice President Peter Koo took the stage at the second annual Oculus Connect virtual reality conference to announce the full consumer launch for its GearVR headset, slated to launch in November 2015 for $99.

The news follows last year's launch of the early "Innovator Edition" for the headset, which received a small updated earlier this year. All GearVR headsets require a Samsung phone to act as the display and processor, as well as providing additional motion sensing data. The consumer version of the Gear VR will support "every 2015 Samsung handset," Koo said, including the Galaxy Note 5, S6, S6 Edge, and S6 Edge+.

"This is the device that will take virtual reality mainstream and deliver a virtual reality for everyone," Koo said during Oculus CEO Brendan Iribe's keynote panel.

Though details about the final release were scarce, Koo told the crowd that the new headset will be "22 percent lighter" than the prior model and will receive improvements to the side-of-head touchpad and "overall feel." We also noticedthat this headset doesn't have the overhead strap that was part of the Innovator Edition; now there's just a single strap that goes around the back of the skull. We hope the experience remains comfortable with this change.

The most mainstream-friendly announcement that came alongside GearVR was that Netflix will be launching for the device later today, with VR apps for Hulu, Vimeo, and TiVo joining "in the next few months." GearVR will also be paired at launch with an app called Oculus Arcade, which will allow GearVR users to fake like they're standing in front of arcade cabinet versions of such classic games as Pac-Man, Gauntlet, Spy Hunter, and Sonic the Hedgehog.

Oculus executives also announced that the version 1.0 launch of GearVR's SDK will happen in November.

Fallout 4 Bethesda Dust off your Pip-Boy 50 based weapons over 700 mods add dog companion build your own homesteadSealed with Dogecoin Dust off your Pip-Boy: Fallout 4 is happening

Fallout 4 will launch on November 10, publisher Bethesda announced tonight during its E3 2015 briefing. The game is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

The release date was revealed at Bethesda's E3 press conference, where a lengthy gameplay trailer was also shown.

A 2015 release date is not exactly a surprise, given that Bethesda's own online store (and other retailer websites) listed the game as coming sometime in 2015.

Bethesda's E3 briefing tonight also brought news of a Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition, a Fallout mobile game, and more. Check out our complete coverage for everything you need to know.

We'll have more on Fallout 4 later this week as E3 continues. For all the other news announced during the event, use our Bethesda E3 2015 press conference news round-up to get up-to-speed.

Fallout 4 is coming out this year — here's what you need to know

Part Dead Rising, part Minecraft — all on November 10th

It seems like only yesterday we got our first confirmation that Fallout 4 existed (seven years of unofficial anticipation notwithstanding). And now on the eve of E3 2015, Bethesda is giving us a real look at the game. More importantly, a release date: November 10th, 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. In additional to the regular game, there will be a collector's edition featuring a "working" Pip-Boy (provided you use your own mobile device).

Fallout 4 starts just before the apocalypse — "on a beautiful Saturday morning." This is where you build your character, looking into a bathroom mirror while your significant other looks on (you can choose to play as male or female), and unlike past Fallout games, your character has a voice of his or her own. The majority of game itself, however, takes place 200 years later, and based on what we're seeing, it looks like you can get a dog companion fairly early on.

Howard claims the game — which is confirmed to take place in Boston — will be one of the developer's biggest yet. Fallout 4 is running a new version of the Creation Engine, and the abundance of environmental detail is clear. We didn't see a lot in the way of characters except for the main character (which looked pretty good), and a pre-apocalypse salesman (which didn't).

Players will be able to explore the wilderness, complete quests, and visit towns in standard RPG fashion, but Fallout 4 also adds the ability to build your own homestead. Players can scavenge wood, metal, and other materials to build houses, starting out small with shacks, but eventually kitting out their new settlements with color-changing lights, guard towers, stalls for traveling merchants, and sentry guns. The more you build, the more people will move in — and the more likely you will be to attract raiders. World-building is entirely optional, by the way, if you just want to focus on a story.

It's not just buildings you can construct. There are more than 50 base weapons you can build — and 700 different modifications for both weapons and armor. Some of the weapon / armor combinations we saw definitely play up the absurdism more than in the last Fallout (think: Dead Rising).

Some other notable additions: the new in-game Pip-Boy now lets you play "game tapes" (think: classic games like Donkey Kong with a Fallout twist) and out in the real world, Bethesda is also releasing an actual Pip-Boy mobile app that you can slot into a physical Pip-Boy (it comes with the Fallout 4 collector's edition, but the app works just fine without it).

Bethesda is teasing a lot of "new" for the game but says it's trying to avoid spoiling any story details beyond the character-building basics. Fortunately, we won't have to wait long to explore the wasteland — after working "very, very hard" on Fallout 4 for the last four years, the game is now just months away from release.
