The tallest residential building in the western hemisphere, most expensive apartment in New YorkSealed with Dogecoin The most expensive apartment in New York will welcome its owner at 432 Park Avenue

432 Park Avenue is a supertall residential project by CIM Group in midtown Manhattan in New York City. With 104 condominium apartments and a height of 426 metres (1,396 ft), it is the third tallest building in the United States, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. It is the second tallest building in Manhattan, behind One World Trade Center. When measured by roof height, however, 432 Park Avenue is the tallest building in New York, surpassing One World Trade Center by 30 ft (9.1 m). Originally proposed to be 1,300 feet (396 m) in 2011, the construction began in 2012 and is scheduled to complete in 2015. The building required the demolition of the 495-room Drake Hotel built in 1926. In 2006. the hotel was sold for $440 million to developer Harry Macklowe, and the hotel was demolished the year afterward. The site became one of New York's most valuable development sites due to its location.
Designed by Rafael Viñoly around what is described as "the purest geometric form: the square," the tower is designed to have eighty-four 93-foot-square (28 m) stories, each with six 100-square-foot (9.3 m2) windows per face. The tower's condominium units will range from a 351-square-foot (32.6 m2) studio to a six-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse with a library, already under agreement for $95 million. The building's amenities will include 12-foot (3.7 m) high ceilings, golf training facilities, and private dining and screening rooms.

432 Park Avenue is the second-tallest building in New York City and will be the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere once opened. By mid-2015, 217 West 57th Street, 111 West 57th Street, and 125 Greenwich Street will be at a similar height as 432 Park Avenue. The tower has a footprint of approximately 33,000 square feet (3,100 m2). The building was topped out on October 10, 2014, and the rooftop of 432 Park Avenue is the highest in the city, surpassing that of One World Trade Center.

Google Android Phonebloks Project ARA highly Modular Smartphones market pilotSealed with Dogecoin A market pilot for Google Project Ara is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2015

Project Ara is the codename for an initiative by Google that aims to develop a free[citation needed], open hardware platform for creating highly modular smartphones. The platform will include a structural frame that holds smartphone modules of the owner's choice, such as a display, keyboard or an extra battery. It would allow users to swap out malfunctioning modules or upgrade individual modules as innovations emerge, providing longer lifetime cycles for the handset, and potentially reducing electronic waste. A market pilot for Project Ara is scheduled for 2015 with a target bill of materials cost of $50 for a basic grey phone. The project was originally headed by the Advanced Technologies and Projects team within Motorola Mobility while it was a subsidiary of Google. Although Google had sold Motorola to Lenovo, it is retaining the project team who will work under the direction of the Android division. Project goals

Google says the phone is designed to be used by "six billion people", including the one billion smartphone users and the five billion feature phone users.Google intends to sell a starter kit where the bill of materials is US$50 and includes a frame, display, battery, low-end CPU and WiFi.

Google wants Project Ara to lower the entry barrier for phone hardware manufacturers so there could be "hundreds of thousands of developers" instead of the current handful of big manufacturers. Anyone will be able to build a module without requiring a license or paying a fee.
